Requirements: Bachelor's, Masters, Operating Room Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy required. Experience: Two years experience in subspecialty preferred. Licensure/Certification: Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the State of Alaska. Other Qualifications: Must be able to work independently and with team.
