Description: Looking for an experienced, full time Occupational Therapist for Providence Seward Medical Center Providence Seward Medical center is a critical access hospital co-located with a Long Term Care Center. Our rehab department is responsible for Inpatient services, outpatient services, home health, long term care and infant learning program.

Requirements: Bachelors Operating Room Masters degree in Occupational Therapy. Two years experience in subspecialty preferred. Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the State of Alaska. Must have a valid AK drivers license. Training in Basic Life Support. Must have reliable transportation with current auto insurance and registration IAW state motor vehicle laws.
