Description: Who we need! Under supervision of the Nurse Manager, the Registered Nurse (RN) serves as a role model, leader, and bedside care coordinator of the multidisciplinary team providing patient care. As a professional caregiver the RN is responsible and accountable for a group of patients for a designated time frame. The RN plans and provides care to patients using the nursing process, available resources, and approaches based on hospital protocols and standards to achieve patient-driven outcomes and discharge-planning goals. Requirements: Education: A Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred. Licenses/Certifications: Washington State Licensure as a Registered Nurse and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
