Under supervision of the Nurse Manager, the Registered Nurse (RN) serves as a role model, leader, and bedside care coordinator of the multidisciplinary team providing patient care. As a professional caregiver the RN is responsible and accountable for a group of patients for a designated time frame. The RN plans and provides care to patients using the nursing process, available resources, and approaches based on hospital protocols and standards to achieve patient-driven outcomes and discharge-planning goals. We offer 100% credit for all applicable RN experience! Position Specifics: This position is 36 hrs/wk, night shift, 12 hr. shifts, with every other weekend in our Critical Care Unit. Work 3 months on and get 1 month off with pay! All candidates hired into a position that is posted as 20 Operating Room more hours per week qualify for benefits. Located at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA. Requirements:
Education: A Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: Washington State Licensure as a Registered Nurse and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
Experience: 12-18 months of Critical Care experience is required. Who we are!
