Who we need!
Providence SoundHomeCare and Hospice has 2 rewarding on call opportunities for an RN Hospice Nurse. This professional manages the home health plan of care for Hospice patients, and provides direct health care services to Hospice patients in their homes. Successful candidates will demonstrate independent clinical expertise throughout the nursing process and have the ability to direct and oversee the work of appropriate caregivers who may also be caring for patients. This professional's work is reviewed by the Hospice Clinical Manager and Hospice Team through written patient notes, verbal communication, and direct observation of patient care. The function of the position actively incorporates the Mission and Vision of Providence Health System. Requirements:
Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year experience in a homecare Operating Room hospice setting is required.
Licenses/Certifications: Current Washington RN license, Current Washington driver's license and daily access to a reliable insured vehicle.
