Description: Looking for a full time Clinical Pharmacist for Providence. This position develops, coordinates, and maintains clinical and distributive Pharmaceutical Care services in collaboration with other pharmacists, physicians, primary caregivers and patient/family. Is responsible for any delegated act performed by pharmacy technicians. May Assistant in direct patient care and collaborates with other team members to plan and provide important aspects of care. Helps to ensure that patient care is delivered in a manner that optimizes outcome and minimizes cost.

Requirements: Education: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college program. Experience: Must have basic pharmaceutical knowledge and clinical skills, and be familiar with the basic functions of a hospital pharmacy. Six months experience in an applicable setting.
