Who we need!
We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist who will be responsible for Therapist evaluations, treatment planning, implementation and discharge planning. This position will work in Thurston County. The function of the position actively incorporates the Mission and Vision of Providence Health Systems. Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy.
Experience: Prefer 1 year therapy experience with adult physical disabilities in home care Operating Room related rehabilitation setting.
Licensure: Current WA State OT License or transferable license from another state. Current Washington State driver's license and access to daily use of an insured reliable vehicle.
