Who we need!
Mother Joseph Care Center, Olympia, WA, is looking for dynamic Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/NAC) to join our multidisciplinary care team. We are currently looking for professionals that are available to join our on-call CNA pool. These professionals are responsible for ensuring that patients are receiving a level of care consistent with their needs, which may include assisting with activities such as walking, transfers, use of mobility devices, mobility exercises, getting to and from rest room, toileting, changing diapers and clothing, feeding, showering, getting in and out of transportation vehicles, and socializing at the center. Nursing Assistants are expected to provide a high level of care at all times, and the function of this position actively incorporates the Mission and Vision of Providence Health System. Requirements:
Education: A High School diploma Operating Room GED.
Licenses/Certifications: Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) licensure required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively in English. Superior customer service and patient care skills. Successful candidates will demonstrate interest, enthusiasm, and experience working with older adults.
