Description:  Quality Manager RN - Providence SoundHomeCare and Hospice in Olympia Who we need! Providence SoundHomeCare and Hospice has a full time opening for a Manager of Quality in Olympia. Primary responsibilities will include: being responsible for organizing and integrating functions of quality, health/safety and risk management, including performance standards and corrective action plans for the PSHCH. Report on results to appropriate oversight committees and quality boards. Assures that externally imposed regulatory Operating Room accreditation standards are met or exceeded. Reduce/eliminate risk exposure and/or liability. This position is clinically and operationally responsible for the Quality Coordinator, Performance Improvement/Education Coordinator.
