Requirements: Education: Graduate with from an accredited school of nursing or rehabilitation (Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist) required. Experience: Prefer two years recent Home Health experience. Prefer previous training experience or experience with adult education. Licensure/Certifications: Current Washington State Registered Clinical License (RN, PT, OT or SLP); Current Washington State Driver's license and have access to daily use of an insured, reliable vehicle; Current CPR certification; Certified Oasis Specialist-Clinical certification required or must be earned within first six (6) month probationary period.
