Clinical Nurse Liaison - Providence Hospice of Seattle
Who we need!
Providence Hospice of Seattle is seeking a part-time (32 hrs/wk), benefit eligible Clinical Liaison Registered Nurse. Primary responsibilities will include: coordination of palliative care services, nursing consultation for hospice/palliative care issues, assuring documentation for compliance with agency and statutory guidelines, provides consultation and information regarding end of life care including pain/symptom management, coordinates hospice and palliative care services for patients and their families, and serves as a clinical/administrative resource and educator. The function of the position actively incorporates the Mission and Vision of Providence Health System. Requirements:
Education: BSN required, Masters Degree preferred.
Experience: Three years inpatient Operating Room in-home hospice/palliative care experience.
Licenses/Certifications: Current Washington State RN license, Current Washington drivers license and daily access to a reliable insured vehicle
Possess or willing to obtain certification as a Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse
